I say imperfect because I’m always learning and mistakes are inevitably part of the process.

The more I find out, the more interested I am. Have you ever known the excitement of saving a seed from something you’ve grown in your garden, planting it the following year and watching it grow and produce food or flowers for you again? It’s amazing! Or had pride in making your own soap and enjoying the luxurious feel of it in the shower?

I decided to embark on this journey because I was finding there are a lot of people who aren’t sure where to start or have read the information but would like to talk to someone face to face and see physical examples. I love seeing the excitement on someones face as they learn something new – the WOW moment.

When I started my Thermomix journey last year, I found it fit in so well with what I believe and what I was trying to achieve in terms of my health goals and cooking goals of using fresh produce, cooking from scratch and reducing my impact on the environment. I love the values behind it which is why I decided I wanted to share my love of Thermomix and how it has been helping me towards my sustainability goals.

This website is a collection of the learning I have had, my successes and <s>failures</s> lessons I have learned.
